The advantages and disadvantages of internet

If you ask teenagers how often they use internet, we will find out that most of them are addicted to it.

On one hand,  there are many people who do not use internet. Many people do not use internet because they do not have any money or because they do not know how to use it.

On the other hand, we often  use  internet to play, to chat with friends and to learn. Today it is important to use internet in many schools. Teachers also send work to their students that needs to be done using Internet.

Internet has many advantages. You can chat with your friends and it also helps you to find information easier and faster. You can download programs and e-books without having to go to a store too. For all these reasons, the invention of internet has been very useful.

Although it has got many advantages, it also has its disadvantages. For example, it sometimes works slowly. Furthermore, many students look for information and they copy and paste it. Another important problem is that you can become addicted, so you have to know how to take good use of it.

In my opinion, internet may be a distraction when you work, but in fact, it enables you to do many things and it has been a big step for this world. 

Biography

David Villa

David Villa, was born in Asturias in Tuilla on 3rd of December 1981.

As a child, he broke the femur in his right leg. Later, after being casted and doing rehabilitation, his father taught him to shoot with his left leg .At the beginning, he began to play in the U.P.Langreo where he continued his football training until he was 17 years old.

  

 At first, he played in the second division with Real Sporting of Gijón. Later in the season 2003/04, he joined Real Zaragoza. After two seasons, he moved to Valencia C.F. . Finally, in the summer of 2010 he went to the F.C. Barcelona.

The recycling:

 Recycling refers to the process of collecting used materials which are usually considered as 'waste' and reprocessing them. In this process these used materials are sorted and processed to be used as 'raw materials' for the production of new products. It varies from 'reuse' in the sense that while reuse just means using old products repeatedly, recycling means using the core elements of an old product as raw material to manufacture new goods. Some of the most common items that are recycled are plastic, glass, paper, batteries, aluminum, etc.

Types of pollution:

• Air pollution: smoke, exhaust fumes, ...
• Land pollution: litter, landfill,....
• Water pollution: oil spill, toxic waste, ..

This damages the environment.
We must take better care of our environment!

My name is Marta and I am sixteen years old. I'm tall and I have brown hair. I have two sisters, and one of them is my twin sister. I live in Malaga, in El Palo. My school's name is IES El Palo. I like to practise a lot of sport, specially basketball!
